Brian Browne

Managing Broker

Brian has been managing rentals since before Myspace was cool and got licensed as a strata manager before Vancouver hosted the winter Olympics. He has a passion for selling Real Estate which he has been doing for nearly two decades. Now Brian follows in his father’s footsteps and serves as managing broker for HomeLife. He is a family man who loves golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. Brian believes the purpose of business is to make life better for people. He promotes a workplace with high standards in trust, honesty and integrity where the customer is always first.

Kenny first started in real estate, and moved to Rental Management to further assist her clients. She’s been a rental manager for over 10 years, and finds great joy in helping someone find a home.

The challenge of finding the perfect match for someone is one she enjoys immensely.

Kenny has also been a realtor with HomeLife Glenayre Chilliwack Ltd. for over 15 years.

Michael moved into Rental Management to complement his career as an investment realtor. He’s been a manager for 4+ years now.

He enjoys working with a variety of people, and is glad that there’s never a dull moment.

Michael has been a realtor for over 14 years. 7 of those years have been with HomeLife.

Nick Fraser

I came from a 40 year service industry background and felt this would be a good transition that less physical in my declining years. I have found this to be a great fit. I thrive on solving problems. I also have been successful with forging relationships with Vendors and People in general.

I have been in the Strata Management sector for 5 yrs. and 3 months with one company who take care of their people extremely well. I plan to do this work until it is no longer mentally or physically possible.

Born June 20 1961 in Ontario moved to BC when I was a year old, spent 25 years in Edmonton and 10 years in northern BC. Came back to the Fraser Valley in 2015. I went to hight school in Clearbrook and Abbotsford.

Tamra Ford

Strata Manager

After selling real estate in the Chilliwack area for 16 years, Tamra decided to move to strata management at HomeLife.

Her favourite part of managing is communicating with various strata owners and councils. She enjoys answering their questions and guiding them towards a well-maintained, happy strata everyone is content to live with.

Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown is a licensed managing broker for HomeLife Advantage Realty Ltd.

A significant part of Kevin’s experience comes from a background in building and developing single-family homes. Licensed with the Homeowner Protection Office (now Licensing and Consumer Services Branch of BC HOUSING), as a residential builder for over a decade, Kevin’s real estate experience extends to over 20 years in the building business.

Kevin is a Professional Development Instructor with the British Columbia Real Estate Association, as well as various Member Boards in the province.

Sheri Mulvahill, formally Mountain

I have been a licensed Property Manager since 2001. My main focus was in Rental Management for 15 years moving into Strata Management in 2016. I am currently active in both Rental and Strata Management at Homelife Advantage and take pride in my outstanding customer service skills. I have lived in Chilliwack for almost 5 years and enjoy working in my own community. My husband and I have a large blended family and twin granddaughters. I spend as much time as I can with family and enjoy gardening and walking the trails with my dogs.

Ray Cymbaluk

Strata/ HOC/ HOA Property Manger

With over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, I
work closely with Boards and Council’s assisting, coaching and consulting
with them on the day to day operations and best practices for their
community.

This involves everything from crisis management and bylaw enforcement,
to navigating the bid process for various projects in the community and
conducting various general meetings. As a licensed professional I am
also well versed in the legislations particular to these Strata Corporations,
Home Owners Corporations, and Associations.

Victoria Flack

Licensed Property Manager

Victoria Flack has been employed with HomeLife since 2017. She started out as a Property Manager’s assistant and became a licensed property manager in 2020. Her core values include ensuring clients are taken care of. Ensuring clients are happy with our service, communication while working in a positive environment. Victoria’s grandfather and father have been in the Real Estate industry since the late 1990’s and it is her pleasure to continue in the industry with the family name. A professional accomplishment of hers was to pass the property management exam and build a portfolio to the best of my ability. Victoria enjoys fishing, camping, spending time with her family and time in the barns. She is generally found out doors exploring and collecting firewood when not at work.

Julie Fisher and her husband are parents of two and recent Grandparents. Julie enjoys spending her free time with her family and pets, camping and reading. Julie comes to us with a range of experience with over a decade of bookkeeping as well as in banking and direct sales. Her “we work as a team” mentality has allowed our departments to implement progressive change that has benefited our clients and our company.

His spare time is normally spent hiking and exploring the forests in BC. Logan emits kindness and brings an enthusiastic energy to the workplace.

Debbie Lamberger

Coming from a background in literacy, alternative education, ESL instruction and settlement assistance, Debbie has been involved in the Real Estate community in British Columbia on many levels since 1989. A past member of her local Real Estate board’s education committee, she has conducted numerous workshops for both new and experienced members. She has also provided support to other REALTORs® as an in-house trainer and mentor. She most recently added Strata Management to her licence and is committed to stratas to run smoothly.

In her personal life, Debbie loves being a mother and grandmother. Her interests include music, reading, time with family and friends, as well as adventures with her husband, David. Throughout the years, Debbie has been rather active in her community, serving in various capacities with non-profit organizations that support at-risk families and animals.

Debbie’s passion for life-long learning, and for helping people to move forward in their lives is what drives her to help her clients to navigate the intricate details of both trading in Real Estate and Strata Management.
