Repairs and Maintenance

Consultative or Selective Services
We review the individual needs and objectives of each residential complex, and tailor our management services accordingly. Occasions may arise where certain functions clearly require expert care. We will assist and/or recommend experts in architecture, law, engineering, taxation and audits.

Our professional staff is capable of processing the collection of all fees made by mail, auto-deposit and in person. We are also here to collect special levies and miscellaneous charges, follow-up on collection of delinquent accounts, and deposit of all funds collected to your Strata's trust account.

Financial Records and Transaction
HomeLife Glenayre Property Management works with your Strata Council to keep Accurate records of payables and receivables as well as payroll services and employee bonding. We will produce operating budgets, schedules of strata fees and monthly financial statements.
Our staff of qualified bookkeepers will ensure that your records are kept accurately and are always available to answer your questions.
HomeLife will assist your council in the organization of Annual Appraisal of Assets and coordination of insurance claims. Our combined expertise will give you an advantage in negotiating insurance premiums.
Sharing ownership of common areas of a development is part of what makes living in a Strata so appealing. HomeLife is here to act as your representative in all Site Management responsibilities, such as: Regular property inspections and reports as required; supervision of on-site trades people; assistance with bylaw and rules enforcement procedures.
HomeLife will Prepare & Submit a T-2 Taxation Form to Canada Revenue Agency. HomeLife will Prepare & Submit documentation required by WorkSafe BC.
We act as your registered office for all legal documents, minutes, registers and financial records pertaining to your strata property; liaise with selected Lawyers regarding any legal matters.
